VILLA CERROMAR (2026) 650 sqm
La Libertad, El Salvador
Villa Cerromar emerges as a response to a context defined by the site’s landscape opportunities—its dense tree cover—and by the constraints imposed by neighboring constructions, which condition the views and the openness of the design.
The architecture proposes a contained ground floor organized around an interior void that preserves privacy while establishing a direct relationship with the existing vegetation. In contrast, the upper levels gradually open toward the distant views of the coastal shoreline.
The result is a modular and hierarchized architecture, deeply connected to the nature of the place, evoking the serene lifestyle of a tropical retreat.
