NÓRDICO HOUSING is a high-rise development placed in a low-density neighborhood of the city that boasts excellent amenities, including a large urban park, a university, hospitals, and shopping centers, all within a one-kilometer radius, including an excellent connectivity. Designed for young couples, professionals, and retired adults, NÓRDICO offers two apartment types, measuring 49 and 64 sqm, with one and two bedrooms respectively. Regarding its site layout, the project takes advantage of green areas and pre-existing vegetation, generating a rich microenvironment within the city.
